Invoicing periods, Teaching/Working Availability, & Holiday Weeks.

Please see the table below with the following information:

NB: For those who have lessons through schools, this page is not relevant as lessons will always be invoiced termly.

Invoicing Periods:

Invoicing Periods are allocated by having each half-term invoiced as 1 block, keeping admin as simple as possible, dividing the academic year into 6 individual sections. (2026 onwards)

All terms and conditions remain the same for all invoicing periods.

Period Dates:

Any lessons or services within the allocated dates will be invoiced for on the  relevant invoicing date. 

Weeks Per Block:

For those having weekly lessons please note this will be how any lessons will be on each invoice. Same principle applies for any weekly services unless otherwise specified.

Invoicing Date:

Please make note of these dates, this will be when the invoice for the relevant invoicing period will be sent out. Please check your emails on these dates. Payment terms for lessons, unless otherwise specified will be prior to the first lesson of the invoicing period. 

Holidays:

All current Holidays/Non-Teaching/Working Weeks have been put in and highlighted in purple. 

They will usually coincide with school holidays as I only work term-time.
